We’re currently building our line-up of traders for 2026 and welcome applications from food vendors, dessert stalls, craft sellers, clothing brands, and unique festival-friendly businesses. Spaces are limited and will be allocated based on suitability, variety and safety requirements.
All traders must provide:
• Public liability insurance
• Food hygiene certification (where applicable)
• Risk assessments and any relevant safety documents
• Compliance with festival rules, including no glass
